So far clearance of goods for export/import is concerned, we follow a proper monitoring system, and once we receive complete set of required documents, we take immediate action in e-filing of documents and follow ups are taken right from examination/ assessment of goods till LEO/Out of charge is given by the Customs .So as we take proper follow ups with other concerned agencies viz ; shipping lines etc. We make sure that the clearance of goods is not delayed or affected on account of queries raised during examination/assessment and the same are rectified by us immediately and promptly by furnishing information/document as required for. We make quick compliance of the same. We render round the clock services and our staff is always on job and available in the vicinity of Ports/ICDS/AIR CARGO. The work of exports/imports is performed by a team of well trained, experienced and qualified key personnel .They have the ability and experience appropriate to their responsibility.
